These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services supplied by Star Leads (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Lead”
A contact generated by Star Leads that meets the agreed campaign criteria.

“Approved Lead”
A lead confirmed and accepted by the client and therefore chargeable.

“Campaign”
The agreed scope of work, including targeting, pricing, and lead criteria.

“Services”
Lead generation and telemarketing activities delivered by Star Leads.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Star Leads provides B2B telemarketing and lead generation services based on the campaign details agreed in writing.
2.2 All campaign details, including pricing, volume expectations, and lead definitions, will be confirmed prior to commencement.
2.3 Star Leads does not guarantee sales, appointments, revenue, or conversion outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All invoices are issued on 7-day payment terms, payable from the invoice date.
3.2 Payments must be made using the method stated on the invoice.
3.3 Late or non-payment may result in:

  • Suspension of services
     
  • Withholding of future leads
     
  • Additional charges permitted under UK late payment legislation
     

3.4 Star Leads reserves the right to stop delivery until overdue balances are cleared.

4. Lead Approval & Delivery Process

4.1 Leads will be submitted to you for review before full contact details are released.
4.2 Once you approve a lead, it becomes an Approved Lead and is chargeable at the agreed rate.
4.3 Full lead information will be delivered securely following approval.

5. Lead Rejection & Dispute Policy

5.1 If you wish to dispute a lead, you must notify Star Leads within 24 hours of receipt.
5.2 Star Leads will investigate the lead to determine validity based on the agreed criteria.
5.3 If a dispute is upheld, Star Leads may issue either:

  • A replacement lead, or
     
  • A refund/credit at our discretion
     

5.4 Leads cannot be disputed after the 24-hour review period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Unpurchased Leads

6.1 For direct plans, if a lead is not approved or purchased within 24 hours, Star Leads may offer the lead to other companies.
6.2 No charges apply unless you approve the lead.

7. Cancellations & Changes

7.1 Campaigns may be paused or amended with written notice.
7.2 Leads approved prior to cancellation remain billable.
7.3 Star Leads may terminate or suspend services immediately if:

  • Payment terms are breached
     
  • Abuse, misconduct, or misuse of data occurs
     
  • Legal or regulatory risks arise
     

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate campaign requirements
     
  • Review and respond to leads within agreed timeframes
     
  • Use lead data solely for legitimate business purposes
     
  • Comply with UK GDPR and all applicable marketing regulations
     
  • Not resell, transfer, or share leads outside your organisation
     

Star Leads is not liable for losses arising from failure to comply with the above.

9. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

9.1 Star Leads operates under UK GDPR and relevant privacy legislation.
9.2 We process B2B contact data under Legitimate Interests unless consent is required.
9.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring any follow-up communication complies with UK GDPR and PECR.

GDPR Marketing Consent Wording

By engaging Star Leads, you confirm that:

  • You will handle all lead data in accordance with UK GDPR
     
  • You will provide appropriate opt-out or unsubscribe options
     
  • You will not use data for purposes outside the agreed scope

10. Liability

10.1 Star Leads is not liable for:

  • Loss of profit or revenue
     
  • Failure to convert leads into sales
     
  • Business interruption or consequential losses
     

10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.

Nothing excludes liability where unlawful under UK law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

Star Leads may update these Terms when necessary.
The most recent version will be available on our website or upon request.
